MEMORIAL FOR TINA BECKER

it came as quite a shock to open an email after having been out and about one day, to read, one of the members of the train club we are members of had passed away.

suddenly.

she was very young too, younger than myself.

her memorial was done by the OKNRAIL train club. and held at The Crossroads Mall..
i was there, craig was there, allot of the members were there...to pay tribute to this individual.

out of respect to her, and her husband Robert "Robbie"Becker.

i was surprised at the numbers of people who showed up. mainly because allot of them had different opinions of her. for good, bad, or indifferent, they were there.
but the support is what they were there for...i suppose, to offer it, anyway to robbie in his time of sorrow..

which, for what its worth, is a good gesture.

lyndle Smith (former president of the club) had emailed me about an image i had taken of tina once asked me to send it to him so he could blow it up and use it at this memorial. so i found the image and saw it was displayed at the memorial.

Bruce Alcock (current President) opened the memorial

Lyndle got up to say some things about tina, very respectful.
Ponch gave the prayer
and these are just general pics of the event as it progressed, and people.

after the memorial, robbie went across the hall at the mall to run tinas train in her honor, craig took pics of it.
