NEW YEAR! NEW ME!

Theres a whole new world of change for me, starting this year of 2011.

first is, im mainstreaming my personal blog online. im going to branch out and hit the world wide web and let the world know more about me.

they have had access before, but this time, im wanting to make sure i stick with my personal web page and actually use the fact i have one...for a change.

along that thought, im changing my URL as well...from: nativity4me.com to: MichelleAWilliamson.nativity4me.com. why the change? well, im fiding i have some people online who are interested in completeing theri family lines that hapen to be in, and i jsut felt like finding me might have been a bit difficult, since the main, and seemed the ONLY way to find me was though my online id of: nativity4me. all well, and good, IF you know thats attatched to me, but what if you dodnt? how can you look me up and find me? (i am actually everywhere...lol) but there may be a few not so net savy family members, who only know to go search by name, and they should be able to find me..so...im changing the URL...

i have about 50 places ill have to change it to the new URL to be able to search for me...after the change..maybe even more. im not exactly sure, but when i say im everywhere on the web, its true...lol

along the same lines as talking about the URL, im also going to be changing the look of my personal web space, from the MYSPACE appeal (which im never at, but still have an account to) to a more suer freindly and more common look of a BLOGGER/WORDPRESS blog theme...

its time to grow up.

im going to reflect that in the templates (or blog backgrounds) as i use this blog more.

im also adding several other blogs, to keep track of different aspects of my life, they will be accessed through links on my webpage.

my MAIN blog, which you are reading here.

a FAMILY blog, where ill post events that pertain to us as a family.

Craigs blog.

a blog ill keep for my son, Daniel. all about his events. well make him his own webpage as well, that will be attatched to, until he decides to take over on his own.

an ART blog, showcasing, and talking about my ART.

a CRAFTS blog...where i show what projects im working on, including pictures.

a WEIGHT LOSS blog. where i talk about my struggles as a plus sized person, the steps ive taken to get gastric surgery, and what ive learned after surgery (which i havnt been scheduled for yet, but soon!)

a FAMILY HISTORY blog, where i post every family member i work on. i have a web page idea for this as well.

a TRAIN blog..i own a few different model train gauges: N, Z, and T scale. and i want to share information, and show ideas, about them.

and so, far, my last blog would be SCRIPTURE STUDIES and my views living life as a MORMON...

and also (i almost forgot) a RECIPE BLOG. to offer easy healthy living, recipes...for gastric surgery paitients, as well as anyone looking to better their health.

thats just the internet side of me...

im planning on having gastric surgery sometime , possibly as soon as mid january..but i think it would be closer to early to mid february. ive taken all the steps, just had the cardiologist (i have a stint) clear me, and fax over my clearence letter to my gastric surgeons office. so, all im waiting on is them to send that all off to insurance, and hear from letter, or call on an aproval (or denial) on that issue.

when i get the surgery, ill be changing my weight, and living a whole new lifestyle. and the recipe blog will help with that area of life.

as the year progresses, ill of course add more things ill be doing to better myself...but for now, this is a good enough start to the new year, and the new me.

didnt work through direct posting, had to togggle to the HTML to add the code, but thats a minor issue. i can deal with that.

i like the CATAGORIES area, i can create catagories based on what my blog is about...pretty cool, feature.

now, how do i go about making the backgrounds ON the blog a bit more unique?

ill have to ask the man of my world, hubby...

until then, youll have to live with the very boring default white (ugh) background it is at right now. :)

and im still trying to fing the *PERFECT* theme for my blog(s)...a work in rogress, continuously. lol
