HELPED START A BLOG UP FOR MY BESTIE/BEASTIE TAMMY (SPENCER)

we were having a conversation about stuff, and i mentioned she should keep a blog online.
where she can post the images of her family up and then talk about the event, like i do (if she feels thats how she wants to run it)
and i offered to start it up for her.
made the account, set the background, posted a  couple of blogs of images..
which got me to thinking, as i sat there and went through all these details with her...
how i could be getting paid to do this for people.
setting up blogs for them to use..
same premiss as the web design idea...(i seem to keep coming back to this all the time, helping people make web presences on the internet)
setting up the blog through blogger, also shot me to create for her a google+ account, which self feeds the images from the blogs into folders on there for safe keeping.

i also told her if i could scan her images i could take and uplod some to a photbucket account in the event that the disk id make for her  would get lost, or scratched, she could just request another set of images from them, since they would be stored there.

seriously...i could make this into a living and be charging people for my time and energy...

something to think about..

in the mean time, tammy has a blog now, so she can post about her family, thats tied into a site called NETWORKED BLOGGED so that it will feed her blogs to her FaceBook account for everyone to see and go join the blog site if they want too...
also made sure those individuals we both know from church im connected to on Google+ was added to the circled on her Google+ account.

I AM CONVINCED I HAVE TO START DESIGNING MORMON/LDS BLOGGER BLOG BACKGROUNDS

as im scrolling through the net, im also noticing, theres not that many (altho i havnt done a specific quest for them yet) of anything JEWISH either..ill have too look deeper, just to make sure.


if MARY HAHN comes to blog here, id like to be able to offer her specific blogger backgrounds for HER faith, as i am looking for specific backgrounds for MY faith (Mormon).


i can find any number of LDS/Mormon people who have blogs, or any number of the same who have created OTHER Christian related blog backgrounds...but i can not find a single blog background that even just shows a Bible, or a Bible and Book of Mormon.


i cant find any that show any of the temples either. and we have 130+? now all over the world?
perhaps theres some kind of copy write about it...
id actually offer them for free...i just would like to be able to have a background i really enjoy...and references SOMETHING about me...
for instance, i have a blogger blog about my scripture studies (right now is empty, but i hope to add to it soon) and id like SOMETHING to reflect the theme of that blog.


and i know Mary has like a ton of holidays she celebrates being Jewish...so, she should be able to have backgrounds that reflect the holiday at the moment...
i could also, gear them towards her favorite colors: Gold and White...


so, im gonna start begging for the PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS (at least a start) Program, so i can be creative, have a web page up, that would have a page up JUST for my faiths Blogger backgrounds..


im also finding it really hard to find ANY blogger background for FAMILY HISTORY...


so thats ANOTHER idea i have set up in my head i want to make happen.

ive also adjusted the columns to be 3 instead of the 2 i was using before.too allow the codes to be able to fit properly...some of the areas seem off balance like that. could be the IFRAME, who knows.

NO MORE B2EVOLUTION..Back To My Blogger Blog

so, i made the decision, when craig kept mumbling to himself, and sighing deeply, id go see IF i couldnt find something online about being able to embed BLOGGER into a web page...

google is my bestest internet friend, i can find nearly ANYTHING there i want.
ok, so, i googled the need, and had a few pages just hit on embedding the blogger feed into your web page...i wanted more, i was envisioning the blog ON my web page, and really wanted it as a main focal point to my web page..i need a reason to go be a part of my own web page, and wanted others to want to come and share time there as well..
so..i kept looking.

came to a page that actually discussed the idea, sent the link to craig...who fussed at me, because he was frustrated with the lack of flow provided on the other, and i really didnt feel like i wanted to wait 2 days for him to find the time to push into any change i felt i wanted to make to my blog...
so i sent him the link, to which he discovered, couldnt be done..

UGH! im so frustrated at his frustration...and im trying to not loose my cool, because i can see this idea, cant understand why no one would allow for its support, pointless..

anyway, i was reading the comments, grazing through them really...not taking in the meat of them...and saw one that said one guy had embedded his with IFRAME...
i have no clue what that is...but it must be something, because i suggested it to craig, he said he could do it, and VOILA! i had it up and running ON my NEW URL!
background i wanted, header i had done, and the blog itself...right there for the world to go check out!

BYE BYE old web page look, were in a NEW year, with a NEW attitude, and i NEW mindset and gonna be a NEW me in a little while, im setting up residence! get used to it..LOL you and i are gonna be spending allot more time together!

ITS BEEN A WHILE

yes, its been some time, since i was here last.
i have found a blog that suits my needs better than this one, altho...
i can customize the background, header, and side bars with this blog. makes me want too come back.
only issue is..it (this blog) DOES NOT push my posts in a chronological order if i date them.
the other blog (www.ourstory.com) does.

ill be back and forth with both, i think, because im getting an idea for a web presence, i really have not seen much of out on the internet...yet.

i see a bunch of it n the BLOG world, but main web page presence pages? not so much.

SCRAPBOOK WEB PAGE DESIGNS.

making, like what you see here on my blog, a WEB PAGE...
web pages can have several DIFFERENT pages within them...
so, lets say, your an avid cook, and you want too share your recipes with ppl, a click of a link on the home page can put you into a web page that has a scrapbook "themed" feel that has something to do with..kitchen, recipes, food, etc.

or, maybe, you had a baby...and you want to display updates, pictures, video of your newest arrival.
again, a click of a link and your on the page about your precious newest family member.
and the page would be catered too the desires of your heart, with look, feel, and wit and whimsy appeal...all to your design taste.

im serious about this idea.
not sure how well it will be profitable for me, theres a ton of FREE blog templates that have the same dynamic, but i think..ppl might be interested in a WEB PAGE that they can update and have freinds,family, and others connect too...

if im lucky, i can find a SOCIAL NETWORKING program that allows me too customize it, and ppl can also have their own: MYSPACE/FACEBOOK/TWITTER place that will do everything all the social networks currently do, the difference: SCRAPBOOK THEMES for the sites appeal, and look.

i have been scouring the net, looking at ppls blogs. downloading FREE embelishments, getting ideas, thinking up ways i can make MY web page look like im trying too offer others the chance too have.

i have too have a program 1st tho, PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS.
i have a book on how too use the program.

then..i can do anything!
and ill be doing it!

on a side note:

daniel has decided for the 2nd day in a row, hes refusing too go to seminary. he says he could care less if i inhibit his use of the XBOX360...(thats a lie, he was trying too get me too give in last night over it).
it pains my heart, i feel ive gotten him involved with church...too late.

we used too go when he was smaller, but his peers at the buidlding we attended didnt do much with him, let alone even talk too him, because we lived in lower standard homes (trailers) and they didnt. daniels clothes were thrift store type, hand me downs, not old navy, or anything remotley name brand and trendy.
scouts was hard for daniel..and as a result, i think because he had so little support in cub scouts, hes not too interested in scouts today...

but, beyond that, he doesnt like church. and seminary, is part of that. we had him sign a 'contract' that stated if he DIDNT go too seminary, hed have ALL priviledges associated too the internet (includes XBOX360) suspended until he decided too go back again, upon which the rights will be reinstated.

he says to me now: "i dont care if i dont play on the xbox."

he says that today, this is day 2 of this stand-off, i give him till saturday, when hell be begging me too let him on.

i have a similar rule for sundays church attendance, if he goes he can play xbox. if he doesnt, oh well.

change of subject again...

in a week craig starts a new job. oklahoma detention center. phone support.
he says hell be the ONLY one in there working tht job.
ill be happy when we have money again, its been really hard not having any, altho, we have not neded anything even if we didnt have what we were used too having.

the Lord has blessed us greatly, and im going too say..its because we have been diligent in paying our tithing.
we havent had a serious need for food, and what we did get from the bishops storehouse has lasted as long as 6 weeks before wed need another "2 week" supply. reminds me of the story of the woman who was making the last bit of food for her and her son, when a man came asking too be fed, and she said she couldnt, or her son would die and so would she. the man told her too feed him, and her reward (blessing) would be her oil and flour would never diminish...she fed him, and was blessed with oil and flour for a long while....faith. its all based on faith.

so, even tho i grumble because we have had a lack of fund, our needs have been met exceedlingly!
