BIRTHDAY SHIRT

this post is a lesson in timing, 6 months later getting to post this, ive forgotten if we bought this or my mother-in-law got it for me, my fading memory has me getting it for myself, but im not sure.

note to self: BLOG SOONER! lol

PICTURE BLOGGING ABILITY-lets see how good it looks!

AHA! found the button to add the pictures to the entries! now, lets see how it looks on the post itself...
i cant believe it lets you publish directly from the hard drive. ive been telling craig i wished a site that hosts a blog would allow you to upload without having to host the image somewhere and have that linked to the post. well! im suprised AGAIN!!!! you can direct a picture from your pc without having it hosted by another site!

saves ALOT of time!

so, far this blogs got the winning numbers, still have to do that EMAIL NOTIFICATION to see how that works.

one thing i noticed tho, was this site placed the pic where i had directed it, but not the way i wanted it, i wanted the text to be able to be around the picture, in case i have a set of images i want to display in the future...an event or something, id like to be able to place the pic somewhere in the text and then..discuss the image...

let me try again...yeah, thats a feature im gonna have to work with and figure out how exactly to make it do what i want it to...cause it isnt doing it IN the text area...its placing them at the top.

also working on back entries, seeing what happens with that as well this entry was made january 4th, but i post-dated it to january 31 2006, just to see how the archive and site handled it. well see i guess in a minute.

BLOGS LOOKING GOOD SO FAR

im plesantly suprised the blogs actually looking quit spiffy! i can see the word wraps working correctly on THIS blog. pictures to the side look awsome as well, i think, and it looks as if i can change them at any time, or add as many as i want to the side...kinda personalizes it to my tastes.

the template looks nice as well, and i think i did a great job with the color choices for text in the header too.

now...to figure out how to add pictures to the enties themselves....
